Job Description
We’re looking for a highly driven, organized, and personable human resources supervisor to play an important role on our team. You’ll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities:
l Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
l Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.
l Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
l Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
l Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
l Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
l Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
l Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
l Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
l Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
l Maintain HR systems and processes.
l Conduct performance and salary reviews.
l Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
l Design and implement employee retention strategies.
l Other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
l Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute
l Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or related major
l Over 3 years of experience in HR management
l Familiarity with HR laws and regulations, such as employment law and labor laws.
l A strong understanding of HR processes, such as onboarding, new hire orientation, payroll, etc.
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
l Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
l Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems and tools, as well as general office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suites, or other related software.
